Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and management
• Wound care and infection control
• Patient assessment and critical thinking
• Effective communication and teamwork
• EMR/EHR documentation skills
