Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history and oral cancer screenings
• Deliver professional dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing to keep smiles bright
• Take and develop digital x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on top-notch oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Partner with dentists to create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Massachusetts required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Experience with digital radiography is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and periodontal disease
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Attention to detail in all clinical tasks
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
