Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
• Manage patient flow and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Document patient care and update records accurately
• Provide excellent patient care and comfort throughout visits

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Dental Assistant certification required
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred, but we welcome new graduates
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
