Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and the care team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality patient care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including nights

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Empathy and a patient-first mindset
