Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with RNs and the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
• Assist with daily living activities and support patient independence

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in North Carolina or compact state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including evenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) charting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
