Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support daily living activities
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
• State or federal ID and photo badge compliance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in acute or long‑term care settings preferred
