Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents in the Larkin Chase Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Document patient assessments and progress in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Respond to emergencies promptly and provide life‑saving interventions

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Minimum of 0 years experience (entry‑level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Patient assessment
