Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Support rehabilitation goals and encourage independence
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure optimal care

Qualifications

• Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of geriatric care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and reliability
