Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience preferred
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with calm and professionalism

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
• Adaptability to fast-changing patient conditions
