Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing, tech, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and streamline workflow efficiency.
• Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Director of OR experience required.
• Active Michigan state license required.
• Proven leadership skills in operating room management.
