Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic oral hygiene care to patients
Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits for optimal oral health
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of New York
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures including scaling, root planing, and radiography
Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Experience with dental software and digital charting
