Location: Chula Vista, California

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Hours per Week: 8

Candidate Pay Rate: $49.58 - $34.71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform blood draws and specimen collections with precision and care
Ensure patient comfort and safety during all phlebotomy procedures
Accurately label and process specimens for laboratory testing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with urgent care team to provide seamless patient care

Qualifications

Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure required
Phlebotomy Certification required
Current CPR Certificate required
Minimum 1-2 years of medical laboratory experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medical terminology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
