Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take and interpret dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with dentists to support comprehensive treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Great communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and periodontal care
• Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
• Solid organizational and time management skills
