Shift Type: As needed, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, from routine cleanings to complex treatments
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms to ensure a safe, clean environment
Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
Provide excellent patient care and comfort before, during, and after procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or willingness to obtain certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
Strong communication and patient service skills
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Chairside assisting techniques and four-handed dentistry
Infection control and OSHA standards
Dental radiography and safety protocols
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient with dental software and charting
