Location: Fairfax, Virginia

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and exams
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care
- Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental practice
Knowledge & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
- Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental x-rays
- Excellent patient education and chairside manner
- Familiarity with dental software and record keeping
- Attention to detail and infection control standards
