Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Must pass a background check and comply with facility identification requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to lift, move, and support residents as needed
• Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
