Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents throughout your shift
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is a plus
• Must be able to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill in observing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Time management and organizational skills
