Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Help residents with mobility and transfers to ensure safety
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Support residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to work overnight shifts and provide attentive care
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Compassion and patience in challenging situations
• Attention to detail when documenting care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and families
