Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
• Respond promptly to call lights and attend to resident needs with kindness and respect
• Document care provided and communicate observations with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to resident dignity

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of infection control practices
• Skilled in taking vital signs and documenting care
• Knowledge of residents' rights and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and support residents
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
