Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care support in the stepdown unit
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
• DCI/BVP certification
• Experience in critical care or stepdown units preferred
• Strong assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
