Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• GNA certification preferred
• Experience in geriatric or long‑term care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible evening shifts
