Shift Type: Monday-Friday, daytime 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes across a multi-county area
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Travel up to 2.5 hours between visits, covering all 11 counties in the territory

Qualifications

Active Kentucky SLP license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Current BLS certification required
Comfortable with extensive travel across a large geographic area
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Speech Language Pathology evaluation and treatment

Aphasia, CVA, and cognitive-communication disorders
