Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical respiratory care to improve patient outcomes
- Manage ventilators and oxygen therapy with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create life-saving treatment plans
- Monitor and assess patients to ensure optimal breathing health
- Educate patients and families on respiratory wellness for lasting impact
Qualifications
- Active RRT license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Colorado license or willingness to obtain
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Completion of accredited RRT program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in mechanical ventilation and airway management
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication for teamwork and patient education
