Location: Bakersfield, CA
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, self-scheduling, 4 weeks schedule, rotating shifts including weekends (4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule, Fri/Sat for nights & Sat/Sun for days)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room
- Work effectively with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patients and manage workload
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NIHSS certifications
- Experience in ER nursing (requirements not specified)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
