Shift Type: Rotating weekends, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
Monitor and titrate drips, manage ventilators, and perform Bipap therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Texas
1 year of experience in ICU nursing
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing, patient care, and ICU procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care nursing
Patient care
ICU procedures
Ventilator management
Titrating drips
Bipap therapy
CRRT
Transplant experience
