Location: West Valley, UT

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every third weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a 26-bed inpatient adult behavioral health department
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with various psychiatric diagnoses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize BLS certification to respond to emergencies
Participate in unit activities and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS certification required
Previous experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of patient populations

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Psychiatric nursing principles and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
