Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients
Manage and document patient care and progress

Qualifications

Current CO PT License or Compact
BLS AHA certification
Experience in outpatient physical therapy
Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and best practices
Patient assessment and evaluation
Treatment planning and implementation
