Location: Chandler, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating shifts including every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry Float Pool environment
- Titrate cardiac drips and interpret EKGs
- Float between various units, including ICU, Cardiac Tele, and MedSurg
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in orientation and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Ability to float to different units and campuses
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac care and telemetry monitoring
- MedSurg and ICU patient care
- Dysrhythmia recognition and management
- EKG interpretation
- Effective communication and teamwork
