Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating days, approximately every third weekend, holidays, and possible floating to medsurg and OB

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a 26-bed inpatient adult behavioral health department
Work effectively in a team environment with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
Utilize BLS certification and other required skills to ensure patient safety
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing training

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS certification required
Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
Ability to float to medsurg and OB units

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Psychiatric nursing skills
BLS certification
Communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
