Roles & Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to subordinate nursing staff
Deliver high-quality patient care to promote comfort and quality of life
Practice Heritage Place's 'Choices Philosophy of Care'
Follow safety standards and report any concerns

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing
LPN licensure in Alaska
1 year of experience in long-term care (preferred)
BLSP (CPR) certification

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing care and patient assessment
Leadership and team management
Safety protocols and infection control
Communication and interpersonal skills
