Qualifications

CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) certification
Laboratory experience
Strong analytical and communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Knowledge & Skills

Laboratory testing and analysis
Medical terminology
Quality control and quality assurance
