Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Perform wound care and monitor patient recovery
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team for optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes promptly

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and care planning
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Surgical nursing procedures
• Critical care fundamentals
• EMR proficiency
