Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Influenza vaccination
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen clearance
• Experience in geriatric or long‑term care preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic nursing skills and patient hygiene
• Vital sign monitoring and charting
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
