Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert respiratory care to NICU patients during night shifts.
• Administer ventilator support and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document all interventions accurately in Epic EMR.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Educate families on respiratory care and equipment use.

Qualifications

• RRT (NBRC) certification required.
• Active RI RT license or compact-eligible.
• Certified BLS, NRP, and ALS, all current.
• Epic EMR experience.
• 1-2 years recent NICU respiratory experience.
