Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to seniors
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain infection control standards
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Support family communication

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in NY
• Current active license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care or nursing home
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• CPR certification
