Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced medical/surgical setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Document patient care and progress in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self‑care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and pick up shifts as needed
