Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and wellness
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN for RN, diploma or associate for LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols
• Excellent documentation and EHR skills
• Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and dignity
