Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns from admission through postpartum
Monitor and manage oxytocin and magnesium infusions
Assist in C-section circulations for the baby
Float to ED as needed for 1:1 patient sitting
Collaborate with a close-knit team in a rural hospital setting

Qualifications

2 years of LDRP experience required
Current RN license in ND or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Willingness to comply with facial hair policy for fit testing

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of AWHONN guidelines
Proficient in EFM (OB Trace Vue)
Ability to titrate drips (magnesium, oxytocin)
Experience with neonatal CPAP, BiPAP, high flow
Strong teamwork and independent decision-making skills
