Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with various diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric
Maintain productivity goal of 5-6 patients per day
Accurately document mileage and submit timesheets for reimbursement

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant degree or certification
6 months of experience (new grads considered in extreme cases)
2 professional references required

Education

Physical Therapy Assistant degree or certification

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy skills
Home Health experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
