Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in a Home Health setting
Develop and implement physical therapy plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams
Document patient progress and outcomes
Provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy License in North Dakota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1+ year of experience in Physical Therapy
Experience in Home Health setting
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
Home Health and Hospice care
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - HomeCare/HomeBase
Communication and interpersonal skills
