Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures to ensure smooth treatment
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for each patient's visit
Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care to promote lasting smiles
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Keep the clinical environment clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or willingness to obtain certification
Experience in orthodontics is a plus but not required - we welcome passionate learners
Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols
Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude toward patients

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthodontic instruments, materials, and procedures
Skill in taking and processing dental radiographs safely
Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
