Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment planning
• Prepare and manage orthodontic treatment materials and instruments
• Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health records
• Perform dental procedures under supervision, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Adhere to sterilization protocols and infection control standards
• Provide patient education on appliance care and oral hygiene
• Coordinate appointments and manage clinic workflow

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
• Experience in orthodontic settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Dental terminology and procedures
• Orthodontic appliance handling
• Sterilization and infection control
