Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments for each patient visit
• Take and develop dental impressions for accurate treatment plans
• Record patient information and update medical histories
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental Assistant certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental terminology and procedures
• Sterilization protocols and infection control
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Radiographic imaging basics
• Team collaboration and workflow management
