Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist with patient procedures and appliance adjustments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for each appointment
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software
• Ensure strict infection control standards throughout the clinic
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Dental assistant license preferred
• Prior experience in an orthodontic office
• Strong communication and patient‑service skills
• Detail‑oriented and organized

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliances
• Proficiency with Denticon practice management software
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to take dental impressions and handle orthodontic devices
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
