Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible, with some weekend work every 3rd weekend)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home-based care setting
Work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans
Utilize Oasis (government-mandated form) in patient care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license
1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting
Experience with Oasis (government-mandated form)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational therapy principles and practices
Home health care experience
Oasis data collection and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
