Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, possible weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical respiratory care to adult and Level 3 NICU patients, making a real difference in their lives
Masterfully operate PB 840 and Draeger ventilators to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Assist in deliveries by administering surfactant, supporting tiny miracles from the start
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 35 staff members in a fast-paced environment
Adapt to variable patient ratios while helping across areas for maximum impact

Qualifications

Active RRT license with at least 2 years of experience
Must-have: Adult and Level 3 NICU experience - no exceptions
Team-oriented personality with flexibility for weekend shifts
Royal Blue scrubs required for that sharp, professional look

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in PB 840 and Draeger ventilators
NICU procedures including surfactant delivery during deliveries
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Strong teamwork in variable patient ratio settings
