Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, professional dental hygiene care to patients during half-hour appointments
• Provide preventive oral health services while working alongside a dedicated dental assistant
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with the dental team for a seamless, positive patient experience
• Efficiently manage patient flow and support the daily schedule

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous clinical experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and infection control protocols
• Ability to work effectively with a dental assistant
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
