Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists in providing exceptional patient care
• Operate the GBT machine for guided biofilm therapy treatments
• Manage two operatories to ensure smooth patient flow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Support patient comfort and education during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygiene assistant
• Familiarity with GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) technology
• Ability to efficiently run two operatories/columns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid CPR certification (preferred but not required)
• X-ray certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and terminology
• Skilled in maintaining a sterile environment
• Understanding of dental software and patient management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent patient interaction skills
