Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
• Prepare instruments and materials ahead of each appointment
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Sterilize and disinfect equipment to uphold infection control standards
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with the dental team to create a welcoming environment for children

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Assistant license in Wisconsin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric dental setting
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
