Location: Hot Springs, South Dakota

Start Date: 06-29-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 4-10 hours per day with rotation of weekends and call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Produce diagnostic images with fixed and portable X-ray and CT Room
Adjust exposure settings for proper image acquisition
Adjust patient positioning for optimal image quality
Process images in PACS for Radiologist review
Complete exams per Radiologist protocols
Provide customer service to patients and staff

Qualifications

Required Credential: R.T.(R)(ARRT)
Preferred Experience: 1 year as a CT technologist
Active state license

Education

Completion of radiologic technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Radiographic procedures
Radiation physics
Human anatomy and physiology
CT and X-ray operation
PACS imaging
